hey guys ive done about 6 cycles in my life. i know dieting its everything. im really looking to lean out and get in the best shape as possible on this next cycle plus im starting HGH and planning on taking it for about 10-12 months.

BF% dont know but to high not a fat ass but got a gut
there is nothing anyone can tell me about my BF thats gona change my mind about my cycle LOL..

cycle:
test-e 750 week for 15 weeks
EQ 600 week for weeks 1-12
anavar 80mgs ed from weeks 7-14
clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
HCG 250 twice a week
pct clomid and nolvadex
HGH starting at 3ius ed 5 on 2 off adding 1iu every month working my way up to 6 ius

training: i train MMA at ATT here in FLA usually train for 2 hours 4 times a week in the evening gona try and get to a few morning classes to get more time in. i also do the P90X workouts at home there really good but no heavy lifting but i do have the sport blocks that go up to 90 lbs and a pullup rack with the dip built in really nice piece of equipment.

now for some help on my diet this is an avarage day:

wake up go for a run
then 2 muscle milk LITES
each one has 2.5g of fat
6g carbs 2g fiber
15g protein

P90X workout

then protien shake 50g protein

2 hours later 2 chiken burger patties
each 1 has 9g fat 3g from saturated
2gs of carbs
25 gs of protien
with a salad that has cucumbers and (vinegar 0g everything)


2hours later
hard boiled 6 egg whites and 2 whole eggs with some mustard

2hours later 2 frozen chicken cordon blues pop'em in the oven
each 1 has
16gs fat 3gs from saturated fat
carbs 16gs
protein 29gs

hour and a half later my NO shot gun

half hour later at the gym in mauy thia class

2 hours later protein shake 50gs

hour and a half later
steak or chicken dinner usually good size portion with veggies

maybe a low fat JELLO for a snack late at night
protein for the day i would say 350g
carbs for the day i would say 50g
