As some of you may know I had surgery mid-cycle in October, just finished my last session of physical therapy and ready to return to the gym full boar.

I had remained on Doctor prescribed TRT and 3iu's daily of GH.

Now, since I had two surgeries, Meniscus and Labrum tear repair.. They did them both in the same whack.

I have been to the gym 2 times in the past 8 days to just kind of judge where I am at. I haven't gained any weight, but i obviously lost muscle due to in activity. SO In essence I gained FAT, this is partly due to my diet. I just didn't care, i knew better but since i knew I had to relax and heal i maintained a semi-healthy diet, but just included MORE SUGAR than normal.

I am now going to begin my climb back up to get ready for competition season... now, I know I need to ease my way back into putting up the heavy weights again, so I will start out slow as much as it pains me.

As of tomorrow, i re-start my pre-arranged off-season diet plan.. of a 60/10/20 split.. pro/carb/fat. Caloric intake will be 3850..

In 3 days I will resume GH protocol back to 4iu's daily. I will train until I feel like I am at 100%, the doctor's and physical therapists all say I am G2G on all normal activities.. I had rigorous PT.. 3 Days a weeks for 8 weeks straight.

I have full ROM on both Knee and Shoulder with ZERO Pain Threshold.

I am just looking for a best plan of attack for the next 3 weeks... should I stick with a traditional 4 days a week workout schedule until I feel uo to it to slam on decent weight again, just wanted to see if just a CHEST/TRI, BACK/BI, SHOULDER/LOWER BACK/ABS, LEGS Days 4 day split sounded appropriate to get my body conditioned back to lifting the way it should have been...

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated in regards to training. Thanks.
