    WHat kind of results from a 500 mg teste/100 mg ed anavar cycle?

    What kind of results should i get from a 500 mg test/week + 100 mg var ed cycle for 10 weeks? Mass? Strength? Fat loss? Cardio increase? also will i keep the anavar results or will i lose them because i use it under testosterone?

    Everybody reacts differently to AAS. What are your goals and stats?

    5'10"
    192 lbs
    16% bf
    already did a cycle of 500mg test-e and 50mg dbol

    everyone is different. diet, cardio and a bunch of other factors come into play. You won't know about your gains on anavar since you are using it with test but whatever you get from var will likely keep.

    i got 36 lbs from test and dbol, lost 7 afterwards....

    I dont want precise number....just want to know if i can get some permanent strength from a var/test-e cycle.

    my goal would be 30% permanent strength increase, lower my BF to 12% and get to 200 lbs.

    To many factors to come into play to say exactly what your gains, strength and what you will maintain.

    Train hard, incorporate a good PCT and make sure you implement a good diet during and after the cycle, you will be rewarded to the best of your ability

    Yeh i was at 156....but i have small bones i weighed 105 lbs when i started training at 15-16. and at 156 i was still pretty buff.

    same amount as I should be at 500mg a week, but my gains are minimal and sides (well being, increased sex drive) are almost non existant. I'm guessing I'm more getting around 200-250mg/week.

    Its easy to blow up (to a more normal weight) after depriving your body of food and sleep for years. Now try getting over 200lbs lean, which you should easily be able to achieve with a good diet and AAS.

    yea u went from 17-19 years old, prob grew 10 inches in the time to, so pretty easy to gain 50 pounds

    and lets be serious

    u went from 105 pounds ( the physique of a grade 5 school girl)

    to 155 pounds (the scrawny kid on a football team)

    well DONE, must have been difficult getting that buff

    Let me guess, you don't squat, deadlift or for that matter train legs?

    i have huge legs naturally, and i can't deadlift because my forearm strength is virtually nil. Small genetic fingers ftl.
