What kind of results should i get from a 500 mg test/week + 100 mg var ed cycle for 10 weeks? Mass? Strength? Fat loss? Cardio increase? also will i keep the anavar results or will i lose them because i use it under testosterone?

Everybody reacts differently to AAS. What are your goals and stats?

192 lbs
16% bf
already did a cycle of 500mg test-e and 50mg dbol

And what did you gain from the test and dbol?
i got 36 lbs from test and dbol, lost 7 afterwards....
I dont want precise number....just want to know if i can get some permanent strength from a var/test-e cycle.
my goal would be 30% permanent strength increase, lower my BF to 12% and get to 200 lbs.

To many factors to come into play to say exactly what your gains, strength and what you will maintain.
Train hard, incorporate a good PCT and make sure you implement a good diet during and after the cycle, you will be rewarded to the best of your ability

Yeh i was at 156....but i have small bones i weighed 105 lbs when i started training at 15-16. and at 156 i was still pretty buff.
how tall are you? I'm planning var/test Enth for 2nd cycle as well.

damn dude, I'm 5'6 163 on underdosed test for my first cycle (severly underdosed).
same amount as I should be at 500mg a week, but my gains are minimal and sides (well being, increased sex drive) are almost non existant. I'm guessing I'm more getting around 200-250mg/week.

105lbs is ghastly low for a person with your height.
i played computer games 16 hours a day, slept 3 hours and barely ate 1 meal a day....so yes, i was skinny loll
yea u went from 17-19 years old, prob grew 10 inches in the time to, so pretty easy to gain 50 pounds
