5th cycle - Sust/prop/IGF-1

The Cycle:
2 x 500mg sust EOD (Frontload)
1-9 250mg sust EOD
4-8 IGF-1 Lr3 50mcg E3D
5-8 500iu HCG EOD
10-11 100mg Prop EOD
0-11 1mg Arimidex EOD
PCT:
12 40mg Nolvadex ED x 25mg Aromasin ED x 2500 iu HCG E5D
13 40mg Nolvadex ED x 25mg Aromasin ED x 2500 iu HCG E5D
14 30mg Nolvadex ED x 25mg Aromasin ED
15 20mg Nolvadex ED x 25mg Aromasin ED

The prop will overlap the sust, so I still do eod injections.. Meaning of this so I will not have the test level falling down from the slow ester in the sust.. So pct starts 3 days after last shot prop and 20 days after last sustanon shoot (halflifes match perfect). The IGF-1 is just a rest I have from a another cycle..
Can I make it better ? Regards from Denmark..

1mg eod is a pretty high arimidex dose, better to only take it if needed that may crush estrogen too much. I dont thinkt here is much point of frontloading either as there are short esters in the sustanon.

It is also a pretty high testosteron dosis I am going on

But I am running in week 1 now and the 1gram test shot in 2 days.. Pretty high dose I must say.. So 1mg arimidex eod is good 4 it.. many takes 1mg ed with 1gram test ew..

The only thing i'll say without knowing your stats or cycle experience is that you should be running HCG durring your cycle..... not in your PCT. It'll make your recovery much easier.....

agree that to much arimidex

the most u should use is .5mg a day, that kind of dosage has been shown to eliminate 80% of all estrogen, which i think is more then enough since estrogen is anabolic

why not just run arimidex at .25mg ED and see how u go? if your still bloated liek crazy then increase it

.5mg Arimidex ED is the same as 1mg EOD

It has a half-life of 48 H - So EOD is good and results says it blocks 50-65 % estrogen.. I will run the cyle like this now.. After different reviews on the cycle..

to much adex as above stated,, and i assume you know you need it since this is your 5th cycle?
go with .5 eod or .25 eod

On my last bulting cycle I was on 1mg EOD ind the start then 6 weeks in - I have to but it up to 1mg ED because I was bloating like hell and it was on Test E and NPP.. Everybody takes 1mg eod when you have large amounts of testosterone in your cycle.. So I wouldent want to change back to a lower dose adex.. And its cheap now.. I think people are recomemded low dose because back in the days Adex was VERY expensive.. But lets take it - Nothing will happen if you supresse estogen low in a cycle..

But the rest is good to go ?
