k, heres how it stands im looking to start my first cycle ever next week im looking to learn from the experienced talent on the site:
i am in my early twenties ,male, 6'2' 196lb, cut, 4-6% body fat
i have been training for the last 3 years and have been plateauing harsh with little gains, i have a fast metabolism so its extremely hard to gain fat .
I have researched and decided on anavar and t-bol orals for a 2 month cycle. so i can gain maximum strength and size. i understand i will gain up to 220 lbs but will only keep 210 lbs after the cycle. i plan to do only one cycle although ive heard its addictive(gains) i will not do more then one at this time. i am playing fball in april and will def need to work on plyometrics pre season, im guessing thats where ill lose most mass.
SO i need to know
- any general precautions i missed(i will not drink on the cycle, only toke the smoke a few times)
-any type of specific type of pre cycle work outs
-any pre vitamins/minerals/supplements
_type of best wieght gain excersies
-any post suppliments (for wash out or stabilizing?)
