I'm startin a cycle of sust 250 and I'm wanting to get my diet in check .
Meal 1 eggs 2 slices of turkey bacon and 1/2 cup brown rice
Meal 2 shake and grilled chicken
Meal 3 grilled chicken and broccoli
Meal 4 shake vitamins and some fruit pwo
Meal 5 grilled chicken and broccoli and 1/2 cup brown rice or pasta
Meal 6 shake
I'm 23 5'11 210lb 15% bf
Need all help I can get
