    test prop dosage-1st cycle

    Ok fellas/gals, I need your expertise please.

    I was trying to get testosterone enathate for my 1st cycle but got my hands on testosterone propionate instead. After doing extensive research for the past few weeks I have decided to stay with the prop as there are many advantages using this ester over the other 2 (cypionate and enathate) esters. Only downfall is the frequent injections with propionate.

    I have read that the recommended dosage for men is 50-100 mg e2d and for females 25-50 mg e3-5 days (2 injections weekly).

    Now I know that propionate has a much shorter ester and the test begins to dramatically decline after the 2nd and 3rd day.

    Now heres my question:
    Since this is my 1st cycle I was hoping on using the same tactic as the female bodybuilder would.
    I would increase the time intervals between the injections so that the testosterone level can have less accumulation of androgens which would result in less side effects. I was also hoping to avoid bloat with this dosage. Since I work with my parents I feel it would be less noticeable that I was on juice.
    I will have nolva on hand and plan on using clomid for my pct.
    Along with a strict diet and consistent vigorous workout program I believe I would obtain remarkable results.

    Stats:
    31 yrs
    165lbs
    5’10”
    9-11% bf
    training 7 yrs

    Please give me your advice and input on my plan.

    Test prop.....in my opinion the best test based steroid there is!

    You wont see much from running a course for a women....because frankly its based on a womens genetics. You want to be shooting at least 500mg a week as this steroid is a fast acting steroid, once injected works in the body for around 2-3 days.
    Given this youll need to inject as you say every other day, start with 100mg EOD see how it goes maybe 2 weeks. Then go from there.
    As for bloat test prop is one of the best steroids for non water retention, what you inject is what you get! Lean muscle!
    Spot on with the nolva and PCT seems youve been doing your reading good on ya.

    and judging by your thumbnail picture, you seem to be carrying very little body fat, test prop is ideal for your physique, saying that what is it you want to achieve? The lets get massive outlook size size size? or Lean athletic look with bulk in the right places? dont use the light hearted approach get that juice flowing at 100mg EOD then give us some feed back!

    thx for your reply. i do have some bf that needs to be addressed but its much better then it used to be (25lbs heavier-skinny arms flat chest and big gut).
    it makes total sence with what ur saying about women genitics so i will stick with the dosage u mentioned. thanks again, its great having a place like this i can come to with questions and dilemnas.

    we all start somewere brother and the small traces fat will easily come off with your strict diet and as youll probably know testosterone naturally burns fat! so your onto a winner.

    Judging by your previous stats to your picture youve done it the right way, push yourself to your natural limits then decide to turn to steroids now you feel youve hit a plato. Youll definently feel the difference after two weeks, it wil take around 10 days to start getting in your system, by then im sure youll want to up it, personally i do 200mg EOD usually for 10 weeks.     Ive always said test prop is an athletes drug. You may want to start reading up on adding some whinstrol or maybe dros prop (masteron) to your cycle after a couple of weeks, both are good cutting drugs and will give you the wripped lean look, while the test prop wil help with the builking!

    5'10 165lb your skin & bones. i am at 5'5 165lb 9%bf
    for someone that has been training for 7yrs well thats kinda bad. 165lbs says it all for
    5'10. your doing something wrong.

    Not always. He looks pretty good and sounds like he knows how to eat properly. Some people just have never tried to bulk. I did my first bulking diet this year and went from 170 to 185 like it was nothing.

    You are grossly underweight for your height.

    You are not eating correctly, even if you don't lift.

    Bounce to the diet section and post your diet please.

    i have been trying to stuff my self with good quility mus-building food but i cant seem to gain proper weight. i think its from the excess cardio i did a few months back to lose 25+lbs...now its time to gain!!
