I enjoy going to the local gym, but I also would like to do the same. My boys are starting to get to that age where they want to workout with me and the wife so I might start investing in a home gym.

Awsome feels good to train at home doesn't it and avoid the gym crowd, and better yet you train whenever you want to.

I have my home gym too, with leg press and also a multi station, i got a wavemaster XXL has a punching bag and plan to buy more dumbells this year.

Its mostly just the fact my hours are all over the place having the freedom to workout whenever makes me never have to miss a workout and its easier to make it a priority. Theres a couple more things I will get like more cable extensions and some good adjustable dumbells, for now I have to manually change the plates and can only go to about 80lbs or so per dumbell.

Ha no, I was just moving stuff around, I just completed installing the floor and moving everything recently.

I`m going to pick up some good adjustable dumbells at some point when I have the extra cash but I just spent alot and am off to Mexico on Monday so thats going to have to wait for now. I dont really mind moving weights around its, throwing 45lb plates around is a good workout in itself.

Id say concentrate on your chest and legs....you'll fill out up top and get the 20 lbs your looking for easily on your quads...

Yeah I havent been doing dips until now which should also help the chest. Also I am expecting big growth in my legs, I was only doing squats and lunges before and now I can do alot more.
