There you are! I think we have somewhat similar bodies, based on what you've previously written about yourself and now especially after seeing your pics.

My guess is probably the same as i've been guessed at - maybe 16%-17% or so. I still don't get how at 5'11 you're only 177lbs and i'm 190+ at the same height; judging by your pics you have as much or more muscle on you than I do. Could my bones/frame be THAT much bigger?

Well i'm anywhere between 177-185 depending on food consumption during the week. Also i took test e as a mistake about 3 weeks ago was on it for 6 weeks. I know it was poorly planned but i'm gonna fix it... Hopefully? Before getting off the test i was at 192lbs so this is actually after letting off water and trying to get my body to normal before i start this new year plan. But my main problem is the lower belly...? I hate how it sticks out and also does anyone know if my body is going to stay in the round shape as opposed to a slender side look? Does that make sense? I think it came from doing high weight ab crunches on the machine... Ever since then my body/ab area is more of a barrel than washboard, is this common? A friend told me that that machine can cause that?

Also as you can see in the side pic is that my legs/ass are lacking hard in the size lol. I'm working on that but it may be where some of the missing weight should be?

Well my legs lack very badly. I will be fixing that though shortly.... Well not shortly but ill be on top of it soon enough. Also i dont like the lower buldge, along with that i don't know if you can see it but my body will no longer get the thin washboard look from side view or anything, it stays in what i call a barrel look. Like i'm round not flat.... Does that make sense? Anyways i was hoping people might have some good workouts that may help the gut and to flatten it out a bit? Also should i be doing low weight high reps with my body type to get cut or just lots of cardio and a couple more sets still with medium/high weight?

I'm 5'11" and i've actually been able to eat better this week and stepped on the scale at my house and it read 184. Which is usual if i eat enough. It was low due to not eating right. I fell like its closer to 20% personally just as i had 12% in high school and i was lifting 5 days a week and running 3 miles with swimming 3 days a week? I just feel like i'm fatter then i was then by far from back then? Also okinawa power is probably right as i eat massive quantities of salt/sodium. This will all change within the week. I appreciate all the input and help. I think cutting salt out of my diet will help the bloat in my belly better but mostly i need diet and training in check. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT I MEAN ABOUT THE BARREL BODY LOOK? IS IT PERMANENT? WHERE SHOULD I GO WITH IT TO LOOK THE BEST? THANKS-KEEP YA POSTED

Dude, I know EXACTLY what you mean - I know because I live with it too. It's that bulge in the stomach which doesn't seem like fat, but rather like there is 'air' or something else pushing from the inside. I can flex my abs, and 'push' with my fingers 'through' the surface fat - it seems like if that fat was 100% gone i'd STILL have that bulge. It's weird, i've seen women with it too. It's almost like a very small pregnancy look or something...

And I hope MG is right - because i'm after the same thing as you brutha!

There are two things that may be making this happen. I have the same look. One is HGH will destend your belly. The other is if you lift heavy weights. This has been known to make the stomach muscles push out and appear like it is fat, however it is just your muscles pushing the stomach wall out. If you want to try to make this disappear then when doing squats, Deadlifts, Benching ensure that when you lift you are keeping your stomach muscles tight. This will eventually get rid of the distended belly look.

Yes I have....Jay Cutler, Ronnie Coleman, Branch Warren. It is called a distended belly from HGH and lifting heavy weights. And I am pretty sure they are under 7-8% BF......

ya man, i would say that i looked very similar to your before pic minus the hair haha jk. But i was just wondering because there are guys who are low bf% with no bulge at all, but then i have seen many people that their belly's do stick farther out and are still ripped. I have no doubt that i can get sick abs, my question is.... If i did ab crunches with weights exceeding 140lbs..... Could this look stay with me for a while or is there a for sure way to get back to the slimmer look like yous mg? Thanks guys!

Interesting - I wonder what my problem is... I don't think it's HGH because i'm willing to bet my natural hormone levels are low (I need to get bloodwork done). I guess I lift relatively heavy weights for my size, so it may be the 2nd one... however I was also told I have 2 hernias in my lower abdomen, could it be that?

I guess you and I have no choice but to cut, get ripped and see where it's at! If it's still bulging, we'll have to deal with what we have - we'll still have nicer stomach's than 95% of the rest of the population!

No one mentioned the amount of solid food you eat in a day . Some people carry more food in the intestines than others . That is why I suggest lentils for protein and fiber . Natural peanut butter with oats and apricots is favorite breakfast . Protein powder mixed with raw oats is 2nd favorite . Spinach and sweet peas (unsalted ) also help .
If you pass food daily then waist should diminish in size .

    I am no expert .

Ronnie coleman in one of his vidoes said that he was told to wear his weight belt for all his training and sometimes in the car to and at home as much as he could he said that this is how he got his stomach and waist so small, after the judges said they wanted small waists. I forget which vid it was in ive seen so many.

You have to question whether that's a bad thing from an overall health standpoint. Kind of reminds me of those old victorian women who wore that tiny band around their waists...

LoL I'm full of prop, tren and mast I'm sure that will do more damage than wearing a bloody belt.

From the first and last pic I would've guessed 15-16% but the middle one, side shot, makes you look closer to 20%.

That is the problem with taking HGH it makes you look pregnant when you use to much. It makes your organs grow which in turn pushes out your stomach wall and gives the appearance of having a large stomach. (Pregnant)

I agree, it never looked like this until i used aas like and idiot 20 year old. But while on like i said i did ab crunches on machines with heavy weight along with jumping on and off small amounts that this happened while bulking. I also eat alot of salt so i'm hoping that i can make it go away but if i have to ill wear a belt all day too lol thanks guys!
