Hey guys, been planning this cycle for a while now its my second cycle, just been gathering everything i need and waiting for the perfect time to start.. Well its all going ahead tommorow..
Here is my plan
Its going to be a 12 week bulking cycle consisiting of..
Week 1-12 - test-e 500mg Week (split in two)
Week 1-10 - EQ 600mg Week (split in two)
Week 1-4 - DBOL 50mg / day
Week 1-12 - 0.25mg - 0.5mg Armidex EOD (depending on bloat)
Week 14-18 - PCT Nolva 40/40/20/20
My current stats are
Height - 6'2
Age - 23
Weight - 105 kg
BF - around 15%
For the whiole cycle ill be trying to eat 4500 cal daily of clean cals... iam thinking a ratio of 40/40/20

My training will consisit of 2 days on one day off for the whole cycle, an eg will look like this
mon - back/bis/ abs
tues - chest / tris
wed - off
thurs - shoulders, /bis / abs
fri - legs / tris
sat - off
sunday - back too start
What do use guys think about this cycle?? Is there anything u would change at all??
Also is there a log section i can update daily???
