meal 4/ 2 scoops whey protien
meal 5/ 6 oz green vegi. 8 oz lean steak
meal 6 1tsp flax or udo's
meal 7 2 scoops whey protien
Diet mon and fri/ meal 1/ 4 egg whites. 1 whole egg. 1 cup oats raw. 1 tbsp flax
meal 2/ 2 scoops whey
meal 3/ spaghetti or meatball sub. this is kind of a cheat meal

What should I change? I lift 4 days a week and do some mma and submission grappling when I can. Also what should my water intake be and will it effect my grappling ie: cramping etc.
