hi guys
I finished my 12 week cycle of TEST and DECA last week and love the results i have gained 22lbs-25lbs and feel and look great. However, i want to lean up and get back to being 7% body fat and wanted a few pointers. How soon should i start cutting and adjusting my diet? and how should i change my workouts? Im 183 pounds and 5'9 and would like to remain as heavy and big as possible while getting to 7%-6% body fat.
