on my trip to costa rica i was able to get a script from the local doc for vita b shots.
he told me to take one 2ml shot once a week.
i have taken vita b12 with winny before but used it every day not once a week.
the 2ml consists of
100mg b1
50mg b6
10 000 mcg b12
just wondering if once a week is good or if i should try split it up more. i have 6 2ml preloaded syringes and then im done. i plan on just buying strait b12 after i run out.
also i have herd of running b12 two weeks on two off??
ps the spanish name for the b12 is acetato de hidroxoxobalamina
i assume that the acetato mean its acetate
