    protein powder life

    okay, i'll admit that this is a rather stupid question, but does the "best before" date on protein powder matter?

    I've used some protein that had been sitting around for quite awhile once. Don't know though............bump!

    I have never had protein last me past a couple of weeks..So I wouldn't know.
