Those are impressive numbers but I stopped putting much faith in what people say they lifted quite awhile ago. There are probably a dozen guys in my gym who think they squat 500 lbs but if they ever took the bar down anywhere close to parallel they would fold
That is so true FireGuy!!!! I am at 216.5 lbs and these are my max lifts:
Bench: 125lbs
Squat: 75lbs
Deadlift: 110lbs
People at the gym are doing this to me------>>>>>
