    going to ranger school

Ok guys, I have alot of cycle experience. My stats are 25yo, 5'10 about 190lb with about 11-12% bf at the current moment. Ive been as heavy as 225lbs. I was in the army when i was 17 till I was 20. Im likely to join the army again in the next three or four months. I really dont have a set time table, so I can basically take as long as I want to leave. Im planning on going either Calvary scout or infantry, airborne, and then ranger. I was originally planning on going 18b which is special forces weapons sergeant, but I hear SF is really tough on the family. I have a wife who's 9 months pregnant and 2 kids, so by the time I join I'll have 3 kids. During ranger school you basically eat about 700 calories a day and sleep an average of about 1 to maybe 2 hours a night. I heard the heavier you are the worse it is due to your BMR, which makes absolute sense. I have never done a cutting cycle as I am a natural ectomorph and tend to get skinny when i stop working out. I need help putting a nice cycle together to give me the strength and endurance needed to get through airborne and especially ranger school. I dont want to leave right after the cycle, because I wont have time to clean up, and when my test levels hit rock bottom I really wont make ranger! Basically, I need some good advice on what I should take and when I should take it in order to successfully get my ranger tab. Im guessing I want to get down to 175 or 170 with the least body fat possible without it affecting my energy. Please any help will be greatly appreciated. Please keep in mind that I can take as long as I want to put all this together. Im also going to be doing alot of army type training and endurance running to get back into "army" shape. I have no experience when it comes to cutting as ive never done it before.

    thanks

Big Oz. Do not do a cycle prior to starting Ranger school. If you want to lose weight then do some serious cardio and maybe look into getting some Clen which will help you lose the weight pretty fast and help you keep muscle.

the problem with that would be crashing when u are there maybe if u run a light test cycle with some eq then proper pct before you leave. Whatever you use i would make sure you get your natty test back up as fast as possible to maintain and will be able to handle the training.

I would NOT take any test before going to Ranger school. You need to ruck, run, swim, and do tons of core training. Endurance brother. And even that wont guarantee success at Benning.

If you want a career in SF, then do it. You do not need steriods to get through the Q course. Your MIND is your most powerful weapon. We are looking for smart, resourceful, moral, thinkers; not supermen. The larger men have trouble getting through. They do it, but its tougher.

Ruck, landnav, and run. After you get through selection, the Q, and make it to Group, then I'd say bulk up.

If this life is your calling then do it. Go get your triple canopy.

Don't use AAS prior to Ranger school, dude. Like Irishbrawler said, there are plenty of chances to get your gear on once you're in group.

If you use before Ranger school you're going to be giving yourself a significant handicap.

Oh but how your so wrong, i've watched alot of doco's on SF guys, and they are superhuman!

For example 1 of the guy's lasted a whole hour in a tank full of ice, he than does his simulator test and gets a bulleyes, right between the eyes

Wouldn't the army test you anyway prior to enrollment?

My roommate is a former ranger who got selected for SF and got out after being shot 3 times :/ He loved it though and had a whole lot of fun as a ranger and beret. I know im off topic lol but just trying to motivate you to get that tab, from one Government Property to the next good luck lol.
