Ok guys, I have alot of cycle experience. My stats are 25yo, 5'10 about 190lb with about 11-12% bf at the current moment. Ive been as heavy as 225lbs. I was in the army when i was 17 till I was 20. Im likely to join the army again in the next three or four months. I really dont have a set time table, so I can basically take as long as I want to leave. Im planning on going either Calvary scout or infantry, airborne, and then ranger. I was originally planning on going 18b which is special forces weapons sergeant, but I hear SF is really tough on the family. I have a wife who's 9 months pregnant and 2 kids, so by the time I join I'll have 3 kids. During ranger school you basically eat about 700 calories a day and sleep an average of about 1 to maybe 2 hours a night. I heard the heavier you are the worse it is due to your BMR, which makes absolute sense. I have never done a cutting cycle as I am a natural ectomorph and tend to get skinny when i stop working out. I need help putting a nice cycle together to give me the strength and endurance needed to get through airborne and especially ranger school. I dont want to leave right after the cycle, because I wont have time to clean up, and when my test levels hit rock bottom I really wont make ranger! Basically, I need some good advice on what I should take and when I should take it in order to successfully get my ranger tab. Im guessing I want to get down to 175 or 170 with the least body fat possible without it affecting my energy. Please any help will be greatly appreciated. Please keep in mind that I can take as long as I want to put all this together. Im also going to be doing alot of army type training and endurance running to get back into "army" shape. I have no experience when it comes to cutting as ive never done it before.
thanks
