Hi all, just a question about my diet whilst on cycle. Will be doing 500mg PW Test Enanthate for 10 weeks and had the following issue.
I have my diet all worked out, will consist of 3200 Cals ED with 40/40/20 split and was curious if i do this every day whilst on cycle even on days when i will be doing only cardio and no weights?
I will be working each bodypart once a week whislt on cycle and 3 days purely for cardio, do i alter my diet for these days?
