    Diet whilst on cycle

    Hi all, just a question about my diet whilst on cycle. Will be doing 500mg PW Test Enanthate for 10 weeks and had the following issue.

    I have my diet all worked out, will consist of 3200 Cals ED with 40/40/20 split and was curious if i do this every day whilst on cycle even on days when i will be doing only cardio and no weights?

    I will be working each bodypart once a week whislt on cycle and 3 days purely for cardio, do i alter my diet for these days?

    for your rest days just dont have ur postworkout carbs if you want

    alwise keep everything else consistant, no need to adjust

    Sweet, thanks dude, ill probably just keep them in there anyway so i can keep growing.

    I wouldnt if I were you. Could lead to fat gain

    Cool, thanks guys. And just 1 more question, when im on days where not doing weights just running, should i lower my carb intake as well?
