im not able to get in the gym until 8pm during the week. so if i eat a meal at 6pm... have a pre workout shake with water/25g protein/5g creatine at 7:15....workout 8-9...have a pwo shake with water/50g protein/5g creatine/half cup of oats at 9:15 should i be forcing another meal before i sleep at 10 or am i good???
i pretty sure the rest of my diet is spot on...
