    Big Nights Out

What's the best way to resume your diet after having a late night out where you were being energetic throughout the night when you normally would have been sleeping, you've woken up late, sleeping through your first two meals of the day etc.

I usually find that I'm starving by the end of the night and could eat about 3x the size of a standard meal in one go; should you give into that desire? I'm trying to clean bulk at the moment.

Should you just start on the meal you normally consume according to the time or do I need to try and fit all my meals into a shorter period?

i know what you mean, but i never feel starved at the end of the day, in fact i force my self to eat my last meal, if you feel hungry at the end of the day then you not eating enough. 6 meals a day is the magic number for bulking and dieting. you just need to be creative with your meals so you don’t give in to temptations. for instance i love hamburgers, so i buy London broil, ground it myself and make hamburger patties, cook chicken breast in a pan with poupon mustard, balsamic vinegar, onions, etc...also eat lots of greens to help fill you up...if you mess up your schedule just get beck into it…
