my question is, should i run it the rest of the cycle and up to first day of pct protocol, or do i stop it at end of last injection then wait my 2 weeks for pct?

run it up to the day before you start pct
what dose are you running it at and are you experiencing any ill effects?

im running it at 12.5mg ed, no ill effects, actually reducing my water weight a little bit....what are the ill effects of it?

thats the dose you should be running it at when using it on cycle IMO. if 12.5 works then no need to go any higher
well aromasin can be less harsh on you then adex but i was concerned if you were running too high of a dose then maybe it could be hindering your gains or causing joint. can do a little damage on your blood lipids but nothin crazy

how is aromasin less harsh when it hinders estrogen more than adex?
