I would like to start my first cycle.
I have a few questions before I even ask what would be a good beginner cycle for me.
I am 5'9, 175lbs and I have been working out for several years. The last time I check my bodyfat % it was 8%. I really need to find out the exact %, I'll get the right one tonight or tomorrow.
First.
What is the best PCT I can do? I want to make sure I do everything right after my cycle is over.
Also, what is the best thing to keep on hand in case of gyno?
