Hi guys
been trying to work out ways to vary my diet and make it easier to carry food around from job to job.
what are your thoughts on baked beans?
could they be used post workout with a protein drink or is that a no no?
if not, maybe earlier in the day?
the reason for post workout is at the moment i just use a protein drink 40gm whey and low carbs, but i feel flat and hungry for the rest of the day.
what would be the ideal PWO snack?
i am trying to maintain/grow muscle but strip some fat
