    Please HELP!!!!!

    Guys I need your help i'm 39yo 228lbs I work out more the 10 mofos! and i'm having a hard time dropping the fat!! my routine is this

    get up run 35 to 40 min 4.8 MPH on treadmill
    get home from work do P90X

    I have been doing this for 4 months! and sense I started I have not lost one pound! rather I gained 8! I have lost body fat just not no where near what I should have for a guy that works out this much! I'm ****ing desperate for help on this! I even went and seen my doc he gave me HCG but I dont know if I can live off the 500cal a day they say to eat on it! i'm not against taking gear to help out!

    My diet, what I ate yesterday

    2 eggs
    2 pieces of lean bacon
    whey 1 scoop

    kashi bar
    1/4 cup of pasachos nuts {SP}
    chicken breast

    whey 1 scoop

    pork chop
    rice 1/2 cup
    salad

    chicken breast
    whey 1 scoop

    i'm taking in 2800 cal a day and burning 900 in workouts so net is 1900 a day!

    ok here is why: your body is in starvation mode and sees fat as a very valuable resource. therefore it needs to hold onto fat to stay alive. whoever told you 500cal a day was a retard.

    let's start with this:
    5 meals
    protein at EVERY MEAL no exceptions!
    protein sources:chicken, fish, eggs, 2 steaks per week, no pork,(feel like I am forgetting something important)
    essential fatty acids (google it)
    low glycemic carbs
    find your tdee and bmr
    lets just focus on the easy stuff for now. DOn't try to get to complicated.
