Meal 1- 7 eggs, 2 whole and 5 eggwhites + GainFast shake
Meal 2- 2 Chicken breast mashed or baked potato and salad
Meal 3- 1 can tuna fish with slices of whole grain bread
Meal 4- Preworkout- 9 bran krackers with 16oz Cranberry Juice
Meal 4- Post workout Shake
Meal 5- 12 oz steak or ground beef with rice and beans
Meal 6- Snack- Peanuts, peanut butter sandwich, cereal etc
Meal 7- Protein shake...no sugars, right before bedtime
There is another Gainfast shake after 3rd meal
