11am Veg rice and chicken
1pm Pasta & a tin of tuna
3pm Veg, Carrots, Broc and Cauliflower & 30gramms peanuts
5pm Protein Shake, quick acting!
Train 6pm
7:30-8:00pm Fish, broc, cauli and carrots
11pm Protein shake(slow release)
I'm also Taking 600mg of Masteron and Test Cyp a week
