    Question My Diet

    hey guys just wondering if you would take a look at this! I'm trying to cut up for the summer, putting on abit of lean size to. Thanks

    8am Protein shake(slow relese) with a table spoon of glutamine! and Oats
    11am Veg rice and chicken
    1pm Pasta & a tin of tuna
    3pm Veg, Carrots, Broc and Cauliflower & 30gramms peanuts
    5pm Protein Shake, quick acting!

    Train 6pm

    7:30-8:00pm Fish, broc, cauli and carrots

    11pm Protein shake(slow release)

    I'm also Taking 600mg of Masteron and Test Cyp a week

    Without the quantities this really doesnt tel anyone much. Need quantities, Macro totals for each meal and daily total as well as cardio schedule and current BF %.

    I agree, it would be better if you have your macro's actually listed so we didn't have to try and guess. Right off the start, to me anyway, seems like you have a lot of focus on veg. throughout the day. While this is not a bad thing, they are really not all that calorie dense, not the greatest protein sources. Also, I would add a bit to your first meal of the day if possible. I have the idea that if your first meal of the day is a large meal, it sort of sets the tone for your stomach/mind/body for the rest of the day. Hope this helps.
