I'm 38, 6'2" 175, I weighed 230 lbs of fatboy last year, I cut the weight and didnt eat right so I lost a lot of muscle mass and I am having a very hard time getting it back. I hit the gym 4 times a week, work out hard, eat right and get the proper amount of sleep. I can't get any gains, I have been at it for about 8 months and want to give something else a shot.
What is recommended for a cycle to see if I can get my body to wake up. I have read about everything I can get my eyes on and I see that test is the best thing for a first cycle, but what else with it, what type of test, how much, and how often.
I have some SUS500 and some Reversitol, that a friend of mine suggested, but I dont see it making any changes in them, and I would like to try something that is known to work.
Suggestions, ideas?
