Gf is looking to lose about 20 or so lbs. She has been on a strict diet for quite a while now and does cardio 3-4 days a week. She lost about 15lbs since she's started dieting/training, but has seemed to hit a brick wall, and not losing anything anymore.
Ive been pokin around checkin out this HGH FRAG 176-191 stuff, and was wondering if the stuff is worth it for her, at what dose, how often, and how long. AAS is not new to me, been on a half dozen cycles myself, but I am noob when it comes to HGH, and especially women cycles....
That being said, she is 25 y.o. 5'9" and about 145lbs. Good clean diet, regular cardio/light weight training.
