^^^ Agreed 100%! Are you using ON Casein? It TOTALLY is like a milkshake, even when mixed with water! The vanilla is just as good too!

I have to disagree with MG from a different post though where I remember him saying ON's Whey tasted just as good or better than the Casein - not a chance IMO! It mixes thin as hell, I can only use skim milk with it, not water!

I actually got both chocolate and vanilla - hate them both! Tried less water but it's still 'thin'. Been mixing with skim milk and it's fine - I really don't think 8oz of skim milk per day is going to make or break my diet, do you?

The Casein on the other hand is SLAMMIN' IMO! I actually like the 'grainy' texture of how it mixes.

I'm a chocolate freak myself but i simply don't buy them anymore. If i want something later in the night it's 1 teaspoon of peanut butter and 8oz of skim milk. Sometimes just cottage cheese.

ur ok with the milk---u could always go without it for couple weeks and see what happens----at the start i used it in my oats twice a day---when i cut it out it started coming off quick--so everyone is different---i dont use it at all

I've only seen Chocolate and Vanilla for the Casein - what other flavors do they have besides those and banana? I don't think i'd like banana, but if they have some kind of PB one i'm game!

Dude - sugar free chocolate (I assume you mean chocolate before sugar is added which is what baker's chocolate is, not something with a sugar substitute) taste like bitter chalk - complete $hit!!!

Baker's chocolate is great. Add some splenda, vanilla, microwave it and mix it w/ 2 tbspn. natty PB and 1 egg. Add a scoop of chocolate whey. Bake cookies. I eat this several nights per week using casein before bed. Tonight I fried it like a pancake, haha. I have a sweet tooth but it never derails my dieting.
