Today i did some heavy shoulder over press with dumbells and on my last set while comming down my left shoulder gave out a little and my shoulder went backwards. It didnt bend really far, i didnt drop the dumbbell i brought it back but i heard loud cracking noise and felt stuff popping.
Right now the most pain i feel is in the back like the deltoid muscle and litlle in my rotator cuff.
Anyone had some experience with this?
