i would say your bf is a little to high to start your cycle. cut it down and in march update us. hit it natural for a while. If you cant diet down before your cycle no sense in running one it will be a waste without the proper diet.

I'm no Test expert by any means as I have never used it. Anavar only but gonna hit the test this spring or summer.... waiting to get back into shape also. First off, you're probably too young to start with AAS and second if you going to no matter what make sure you wait 2 weeks after your last shot before you start your PCT. You mentioned a 10 week cycle and starting PCT on the 11th week.... I think you need more research and more natural experience.

LMAO. How long have you been working out? I personally don't think you bf is too high. I think you haven't built much of a bass yet at all. You have so much more to gain naturally.

i would sat 20 % - you need some more time in the gym with intense work outs - not long work out with a milllions sets, just 1 hour or more and then some cardio before or after about 20 to 40 min for the next 6 months...

and guess what steroids are not a magic pill (or shot) you will gain as much with good diet and working out as to max out your natty potential as if you would do steroids... jmho

Not ranting here just asking some questions.

How long have you been working out?

Have you set any goals for yourself?

Keep in mind if you use steroids now it will effect what you can build naturally.
You said you lost 10lbs, that is awesome! Keep doing what your doing, and check out that diet section. You'll drop some fat in not time!

Well, noone tries to bring your self esteem down mate but maybe you should stay away from AAS until people stop asking questions like "are u lifting" when they see your picture.
That are to be a sign if you ask me, not to be rude but really, you need a foundation to build on. Preferably atleast a couple years of lifting.

Truth sometimes hurts, deal with it.

    Regards.

    Someone's awful touchy.

I ask if you weight train, because it isn't obvious. It should be though if you're contemplating using AAS.

You do not have your diet and training on point. We could see if you did. You need to have these near perfected or you will not achieve the possible gains you could with AAS or keep them after you're done cycling.

Visit the diet and training section of the forums and research. After a couple of years of proper training and diet, you may be ready for a successful run of AAS.

it's not an asshole statement but a legitimate question, no offense bro but you don't look like you've spent more than a few months in the gym

if you have, then your diet and training should be evaluated first because one or both is in need of readjustment

CGB is a respected member here, so show him the proper respect please and we will do that same for you

remember that bodybuilding is a lifestyle for alot of us, we take it very seriously and thus we try to get all the info first so we can better help the person, think about that before disrespecting a member that's trying to help you
