Ok so I have revised it a bit and I talked to my buddy and he takes 6iu ed as well and got good fat loss and muscle gain without any other aas. so here is what i'm thinking.
week 1 - mon, we, fri 2iu ( just to introduce it to my system and not go too overboard too quick)
wee 2,3 2iu mon-fri
week 4 and 5 3 iu mon-fri
week 6 -8 4 iu mon - fri
week 9-10 5iu mon -fri
week 11 and on 6 iu mon -fri
how does that look?
also i plan on starting in 2 weeks as I am going away so when I get back i will post pics and a bit of a journal to track my progress and sides if anyone is curious.
