Here is what I'm runnin up to my football combine in may.
IGF1-Lr3 and Var
Monday: 6am plyo's/agility training___4pm weight training
Tuesday:6am plyo's/agility training___4pm weight training
Wednesday: Yoga
Thursday:6am plyo's/agility training___4pm weight training
Friday:6am plyo's/agility training___4pm weight training
Saturday: Deep Tissue Rub
Sunday:OFF
Var: 60mg's everyday for 14weeks
IGF1-LR3: 60mcg's PWO M,T,TH,F (50 days on 2 weeks off then repeat)
Supplements:
2 a day Animal Pak
1 a day Animal Flex
2 a day Animal *****
Glyco-Maize: 35g after 6am plyo's and 70g PWO 4pm right before the IGF
Extend BCAA's:1 serving before and after plyo's and weights
ON Gold standard: three shakes a day 2 are pwo plyo's and weights
Casien: Before bed with ZMA
* I know i'm leaving a few things out but this counts for about 90% of it.
My diet is pretty legit I feel...Only get carbs from oatmeal, yams, and brown rice. Lots of chicken, tuna, steak, and salmon. Good amount of greens too and over a gallon of water a day.
Im training for a Football combine in may so I gotta get everything on track and laid out. Any input on the Var or Igf dose or anything else for that matter?
