Im in my 6th week of prop only. Im starting to get signs of gyno in my left nip, should i add some nolva at this point or wait till my 8 weeks are up then start?

NOW NOW!!! Take 40mg/day until the pain or lump goes away then bring it down to 20mg. Be better off with some arimidex but nolva better than nothing.
