I just posted a informational thread a week or two ago for this. Marcus put some good info on there about how there is a study that shows, that the first 5 days not much change will happen if you don't "jack it" and around the 7th day there is a spike, but it won't go higher than that and its not really efficient to not have sex or "jack it" while trying to maintain test levels.

Basically it means that there isn't really a beneficial outcome to holding back and not reaching a climax, you will get a slight peak after a week, then it will stay around that level, but nothing very dramatic like aas.

You can have sex, or "jack it" bro haha.
