    Depends if you know wether or not you are gyno prone. Liquidex is my personal favorite. Controls estrogen but doesn't crush it. Nolvadex is a serm and only blocks estrogen binding, does nothing to control it. Letro is pretty frigging harsh and will destroy almost all estrogen(not pleasant). Liquidex eod .25 mg is a good starting point and adjust accordingly.
