70% of a muscle is water, the water retained and then lost post-cycle is water that the body stored due to the nature of the compound (ie. it converted to estrogen at a fairly good rate, high estrogen levels = water retention).
So post cycle when estrogen levels fall the body releases the water that is not needed to hydrate the amount of muscle in the body, so thus alot of the water you lose is mostly from taking an aromatizing compound and your diet (ie. bulking)
