Hey so here's basically my routine with 5x5's (every lift is 5x5)
Day 1: Squats, cleans
Day 2: Bench, Standing barbell press, Dips
Day 3: Deadlift, barbell rows, pull ups
Day 4: off
Repeat
Also, I do have baseball right now at my jc so unfortunately my work outs are after practice.
I keep it very simple with basic compound movements and am make sure im progressively adding poundage each time i lift.
