hey man watch those learn some things about diet. Then go post your proposed diet in the diet section.
I went from 150lbs to over 200 in 4 years. I ate tons of pasta and pizza. I ate a diet which was basically saturated with fats, carbs and protein. Did it for a while and added the pounds fast.
I stayed away from:
Burgers
Frenchfries
Fried chicken
donuts (basically sweets in general)
chinese food.
Basically just pasta, pizza, bbq, glazed vegetables and lots of lean beef. Now.... I have a ton of stored fat that I could do without
Why would you want to bulk up fast? How much do you currently weight? If you want the numbers on the scale to move, eat at McDonalds 5-7 times a day and always get the biggest soda and refill at least 3 times. Don't forget the nuggets and throw in some dollar menu items on top of your order. You'll be beefcake 4000 in no time!

anyway for the bulk up ide say up your carbs (complex), sweet potatoes, brown rice, etc. Also if you dont mind a little bf, have like a protein shake at night with some whole milk. If you are trying to add calories you can add some olive oil into some foods like having wheat toast with some olive oil or make some tuna and throw in a good amount of mayo with wheat bread.. it wont be the quickest, but u will put on some weight. Once u hit a platue add in a little more food u might go up a couple lbs in a month but if u put on 4lbs in a month your up 20lbs in 5 months, pretty quick if you ask me, just get into the habbit of eating healthy foods, but at a little larger quantities
or u can go for the stright bf diet and go with the McDonalds super size me diet
for training i would stay in the 8 rep range
oh you can slo put some flax oil in your protein shakes, thats a good amount of extra calories for not even trying. Have some peanutbutter too
Twist posted a thread saing he gained a good amount of weight (in one week) when he started eating bananas so maybe try that too, they are pretty high in calories for a fruit.
