The best time of day to add good fats, peanut butter, etc..

Hey bros. I want to increase some good fats again such as natural peanut butter, almonds, etc.. in my diet & i never know when is a good. (currently on PCT & still keeping kcals high)

I used to have it at my last meal before bed which was: 1 cup of cottage cheese, 3tbs of PB, & protein shake. But i heard this fat intake wasn't good to have late at night.

Would it be better to eat some PB during the day, like w/ my mid morning 2nd meal Tuna fish snack, example pro/fat meal??

Basically, log story short, whens the best time to intake good fats?

    Thanks.

Fats will help slow digestion so i personally think it is a good idea before bed.

Id stick with cottage cheese and Natty Peanut butter before bed, wouldnt bother with a protien powder unless its Casein.

Personally I snack on them all day long to meet my caloric needs... but as I start reeling in calories I will remove them from the morning/early afternoon and eat natty pb before bed...
