    Question AAS for softball season...

    I did some searching here and a few other sites, and was not able to find too much info regarding this. I have done a lot of research on the different AAS cycles and how they relate to performance, etc. So, what I'm wanting to know from some of you with lots of experience. What AAS would you recommend for softball... increasing focus, strength, stamina, etc.

    The only thing close to an AAS, I have done in the past, was a PH (Havoc) in the fall of 07. So i'm ready to step it up to the next level. Here are my current stats, if needed...

    Age - 26
    Height - 5'10"
    Weight - 175 to 180
    BF % - around 12

    Keep in mind, i'm a pretty hardcore/dedicated player. Last year I was playing 5 nights a weekend, and usually on Saturdays would be all day tournys. This year I will be playing just as much, if not more. If I have left out any needed info, please let me know.

    yes

    Yes, I workout daily. Well every other day, I like to get a day of rest in between my workout days.

    I have be working out about 4 solid years straight now.

    k start readin the basic beg threads on here,, they are the red ones located at top of this page,,,, look into simple test only cycles and pct

    I have read most of them. I have also read that some AAS work better, for athletes, while others for bodybuilding, and so on. There are so many different AAS out there, just figured i'd get some different opinions.

    test-e 500 week for 12 weeks
    anavar 80mcgs week 5 to week 12
    then pct clomid and nolvadex
    that will make your performance a lot better shredd u up without messing with your joints like winny

    Var doses are measured in mgs.
    And OP, I didn't think dudes played softball...?

    Softball is a very popular sport for men. When I first started, it surprised me how popular it was. ASA, NSA, USSSA, ISF, etc. All are very large nationwide organizations.

    do yourself a favor and stay with a long ester testosterone ONLY cycle to start with.
    Anything else will complicate things far more than your knowledge will handle health wise, sexual function etc...

    ^^^^ i agree, i would run just a test e at 500-600mg a week first to see if you have any bad side affects from the hormone increase. If you continue using and cycling correctly then the test, var cycle would be ideal. But as first time advice even thought var is a mild aas, you might want to consider just test so that if you have any side affects that are too hard to manage then you know what its from. If you start with two or more compounds then you have to start over if you start reacting badly to one of them. (you'd have a hard time finding the problem).

    lol... thats exactly what happen to me. i miss the baseball days.

    but yeah, thanks for the advice on the test-e. with that being said, would test-p be a little too much for first cycle?

    yeah just run 500mg of test..I play in a military softball league and what i notice is don't run anything that will make you imoblie..i ran a dbol / test cycle last year and i had to change my swing because my biceps wouldn't let me close my arms...just train heavy to build strength and you will be a monster on the field

    the main thing i would like to work on, is the power in my swing. i naturally have a sh!t ton of bat speed for my size. i just would like the mass/power behind the quick bat speed. i also need to focus more on my lower body strength, most of the power in a swing is generated from the waist down, an area i need to focus more attention too.

    Bro if you have bat speed , you'll be mashing ....hit them quads hard to get the strength in that back leg..

    Hope you don't drink beer in your softball league. Alcohol and AAS don't mix.

    I do drink, but I will NOT during a cycle.

    twotimer... just a test-e only cycle @ 500mg a week, to see how my body reacts to it. when I did the PH back in 07 my body reacted well with it, no sides, etc. hopeful my gains will be just as good, if not better.

    seriously guys?

    Im suprised you haven't gotten more feedback from a thread like this.

    one of the bigest benifits you could have would be joint support and recovery/injury prevention.

    Using something like deca at a low dose would be perfect. Great for your joints and strength. A low dose won't cause much bloat or anythign else to worry about. make you feel invincible and pain free. confidence will do a lot for you.

    Another consideration is HGH. Thats' what the ball players are all using. helps with recovery like nothing else. not gettin hurt is a big part of a productive season. I would recommend GHRP-6. Cheap and easy.
    Supposed benifits of HGH: Better eyesight, tendon strength, fat loss, recovery, strength, need i go on?
