I really want to do this right and am preparing a month in advance so that I can do it correct; safety to main focus.  Will post pictures later in the day.
My main focus on exercise is running and consists of weight lifting.

 - Weight: 20
 - BF%: 17-22
 - Cycle Exp: 0
 - PCT Knowledge: ?
 - Training Exp: 2-3 yrs
 - Diet: healthy and lean for the most part.
 
Obviosly the "
ripped" look is what I am after.  Definitely want to build some nice mass as well.  This will be my first time and I am being extremely cautious.
