Im currently taking Dymatize Xpand and Scivation xtend as my pre and intra supps. Xpand is a stimed creatine/arginine/bcaa mix and xtend is bcaa's and eaa. Im gonna start my first test e cycle on monday and wanted to know if I should continue taking my supps or stop. Ive heard that creatine isnt good on cycle neither is an N.O. booster due to BP. Just wondering if theres any truth to this. I figure it cant hurt to keep taking the xtend at least.
