Age 20 5'6 130 lbs
Have been lifting for about 8 months
My goal is to reach 160 lbs, at least 20-25 of which I hope to be muscle over 6-8 months tops.
13 week cycle of;
Deca 300
Test 400 ( 200 enanthate, 100 propionate, 100 cypionate )
Which is all I have access to.
I ran deca 300 by itself for 2 weeks (2nd injection made last wed)
Going to make my first injection of deca/test this wed
My last 2 injections will be 400 mg of the test by itself which has a life of 18 days? So I should start PCT maybe 2 weeks after my last injection?
Going to run Nolva 40,40,20,20 and clomid 50,50,25,25 for 4-5 weeks.
Should I have nolva on hand in case I start showing signs of gyno even at such low doses?
As for my diet I'm taking in 4-5000 calories a day on average... eating healthy balanced meals every 3 hours or so... Using n.o. explode pre-workout and amplified wheybolic extreme 60 post workout, I also have a serving of Mass XXX every day, along with multi vitamins, fish oil caps and milk thistle throughout the day w/ meals.
Anything else I should be doing besides shredding some serious muscle to reach my goals?
