I dont agree with the weight factor unless you are extreamly fat or have a health problem. Also it depends on the gear you want to use. Some are worse then others and some are barley harsh at all. I have seen a man with 32% BF go down to 15%BF. With strict diet exercise a lot of hard work and the right cycle. I have also my self gone from 30%BF down to around 19% in the past on 1 cycle good diet and cardio. The risk are higher if your fat. Say if do Test cycle. You will retain water and it will make it harder for your heart to pump your blood. It can be a problem. You must take proper percation, test and always watch everything if you do use gear. I dont disagree there are more of a risk. But any cycle has risk. Just choose a lighter cycle. And pay attention. Also if your not ready to lift heavy weight you can tear muscles and tendons. If your body aint maxed out naturally you can hurt yourself. But again there are ways around it. Lift lighter and more reps. Dont do isolation exercises. Take something like EQ to strethen you tendons. Where theres a will theres a way. I dont like the "do it natural first" If your going to cheat, cheat from the start. As long as you have a some what decent base to work off. I swear some people just want other people to struggle sometimes. Not all people, but some. You can get great gains if you do it right , proper and catious and you can do it when you want. I am not right or wrong and this is just an opinion. Every one is differnt. Im not saying do gear. But like I said I went from 30%BF to around 19%BF or less. I went from 225x3 max to 375x2. Keept most of my streth. Lost a ton of fat and look pretty dam good. People say 19% is too high and 15% is what you need to juice. All steroids will give you results if used properly. Maybe not as much results as they would on a guy with 12% BF but they sure as hell will help. I have seen it on many fat people and myself included. Sometimes I feel like the people on most forums just want to feel elite. They had to work so hard for years. Why would they want just anyone to get what they had to earn. They laugh at guys that are 150lb and want to juice to gain weight. They say work harder. I say just cheat like the people telling you work harder. They do it so can you. Same with the people always saying diet diet diet. Yea I agree get your diet in check. Then cheat like they do with T3 and clen. They use it to drop weight so can you. Im not saying eat like a pig while on it either. Clen and T3 sure as hell will help you. .Like I said this is just an opinion. Not saying all people feel this way but I know some do. Hey.
