    Gains stopping??

Hey guys, iam currently on week 8 of a 16 week cycle that looks like this

    Test e 1-16 - 600mg week
    EQ 1-14 - 600mg week
    Dbol week 1-4 / 8-12 40mg
    adex ed .25mg

So far i have put on 6kg, and because of the adex ed, there is practically no water weight, which is good, maybe a little fat due to not being strict with my diet and eating a bit dirty, but so far decent gains. But i have noticed in the last 2 or so weeks my gains have stopped? dont seem to be going anywhere?? I havnt changed anything , they have just stopped??
Could this problem be adex related or something else???

Give it time and get the diet back on track.
It's probably due to finishing the Dbol and the weight gains associated with that.

I agree. After I stopped with the dbol I started to think the test I was taking was fake. It was not and I made steady gains but compared to the rapid dbol gains it was nothing.

At 8 weeks even with gear your body gets used to it and starts to slow down gains or even plateau, Many people I know around week 8 up the dosage to keep getting gains

Thanks heaps guys, so its just all in my mind, because iam so used to the dbol instand mass?
So i should continue to do the planned 16 week cycle??
Also i have put on a little bit of fat, how long after my cycle is complete should i start toio cut? I was going to do a prop/tren/clen cut , but supposibly rule of thumb is time on cycle plus pct whiuch would be 20 weeks?? Should i start to cut before this or should i let my new gained muscle settle?

Also it wont take long for you to start looking in the mirror and think you are even getting smaller or not gaining. That really sucks. But then you feel a lot better when people at they gym start complimenting you and asking you what you take, eat, your routing or just say Wow you are big, cut or? It's called Muscle dysmorphia

Have you increased your calories to suit your new found muscle tissue?

Good point, we tend to forget that and keep our diet where we started out instead of increasing it. I know I have problem myself with that... If I go one day without having enough intake I can loose up to 5 lbs.

This is were most people go wrong, once they have built new tissue they don't adjust the calories to suit, this is a must if you want to maintain and carry on building new tissue especially if your in a bulk, food is your friend

for me i gained the most weight the first 4 weeks, then it slowed down but i noticed quality muscle come through and my recovery from training was rapid....just eat big, relatively clean and train very hard and you'll see results especially with ur current cycle.
