Iran Test E 250 Legit or not??

I received many of these recently and 50% of them look like the left one and the other half look like the other side. They are 2 different batch numbers but both of them have the black dots and they also have a small scratch/score on the necks under the dots. Both amps have the dot matrix MFG and EXP dates.
