so thus far i have gone from
275lbs down to
240lbs im
6'2"
26 yrs old.
and have been working my a@% off literaly ive been reading every thing i can on here and checked out alot of diet plans and see alot of repitition wich im ok with just trying to get some suggestions on the macro nutrient ratio i should be looking for to break the pleatau im currently at also if any 1 has any thing they have used that wont allow me to lose muscle mass ive been doing cardio 5X in a 7 day week and lifting for mass 3-4 times a week no gear of any kind i need food choices badly i am not creative and have a crappy knowledge of what wich foods really contain anything will help thx.
also my goal is 225 and an extremely solid diet b4 i gear up
