Insulin and urine/blood tests

3 parts to this question, and I've tried the search option, so please help.

1. is Insulin detectable in blood/urine tests?

2. if so, how long after last injection is it detectable?

3. would it mess up a T/E ratio, if it's used alone, "I know it's not recommended to be used alone"

I've used it for many cycles, but am being tested soon, and I'm not sure about it's detectability.
