New member, long time reader here.

I am 24, 12-14% BF, 180 lbs and 5'11.

I have taken M1T, X-tren and M-drol in the past and am wanting to step up.

I dont plan on taking anything until I achieve a BF level of 8-10% which I will attain by doing cardio 4-5 times a week.

Alright so to my question...

I have been looking up what to cycle for my first cycle for quite some time now.
It looks like the best bet would be Test E @ 4-500 mg a week for 12-16 weeks (16 might be pushing it a bit)
PCT of nolva and clomid and maybe something like prime to help keep the gains since I already have an unopened bottle sitting here.

What do you guys think of this? Any other ideas? I am open to critique since that is the reason I joined this forum, to learn what I dont know.

Thats probably the best bet for now...its safe and basic...you can see how your body responds and you can plan from there...

What do you think I should dose and for what period of time?

I have heard mixed reviews on 16 week cycles for first timers but I also heard its the route to go for the best results.

I wouldnt go 16. 12 weeks IMO.

So 500 @ 12 weeks seems like a good first timer?

I have had acne problems with previous products ive taken and it seems that with this I will experience the same if not worse. I used vitamin E lotion to combat those effects but is there something else recommended? I would love to hear some input from someone who has taken a cycle similar to this.

A low dose of Aromasin (12.5mg EOD) will help with the bloat and acne.

So a lot of my buddies have taken t400 and are telling me to take it to.

He said it has test cypionate enanthate propionate suspension and deconate.

Is it a suitable substance to take for a first timer? Would it be better to stack or stand alone? And what kind of dosing and pinning would be recommended?

That just sounds like an awful blend. Your test levels will be all over the board for 3 weeks after each injection.

Thats what I was thinking. But after searching up on the net it seems like he's not accurate of whats in it. I have found a couple forums saying t400 has test e c and p but others saying that some blends are different than other so I am really confused now

Any lab can make any form of test dosed at 400mg/ml (supposedly) and call it T400. There is no standardization among UGLs.
Why complicate things? Just go with Enanthate, as it is painless and less complicated.
