Made a few changes to my diet, i added in some brown rice as ive been feeling really drained and tweaked a few things.

(1) 8 Egg whites with 2 whole omega 3 eggs
(2) 2 servings of Whey/ Fish oil cap
(3) 8-10 OZ Grilled Salmon/ 1/2 cup(uncooked) Whole grain brown rice
(4) 8-10 OZ London Broil Steak (Extra Lean)/ 1-2 cups Green Veggies.
(5) 2 Cans of Tuna/ Chopped Onions/Celery/ 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil Mayonnaise.
(6) (Post Workout) 2 servings of Whey/1 scoop Glycocarb
(7) 8-10oz Chicken Breast/ 1-2 cups Veggies

How do things look to you as far as my diet?
Goal to recomp(primarily fat loss), allthough im up 7 lbs already
